BOOKING:
Appointments are available at 2 locations; Richmond (Monday-Saturday) and Walnut Creek (Sundays). Booking can be done with the link provided (make sure to check location). Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment. If you are running late keep me updated. I will have clients back to back and late time may cut into your massage time. If client is 15 minutes late, the appointment will be rescheduled, or I will do as much I can within time that is left. You will still be responsible for payment of service booked.
DEPOSIT:
A deposit of $30 is required for all appointments, and the remainder can be paid using contactless payment at the time of massage. A deposit will secure your appointment time and go towards your session.
PAYMENTS:
I accept electronic payments. For touchless payments, app payments are available Zelle, Venmo, and Apple Pay.
POLICIES:
Clients are required to fill out a electronic intake form and will be screened for COVID-19 symptoms. Masks are required to be worn at all times during appointment. Sanitizing products will be provided. Temperature will be taken upon signing in.
CANCELLATIONS:
Appointments canceled or rescheduled less than 24-hour notice will be charged a fee. This ensure all clients can be seen. Thank you for valuing our time.
