Policies & Guidelines

BOOKING:

Appointments are available at Walnut Creek (Saturdays & Sundays) check monthly for weekday availability. Booking can be done with the link provided. Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment. If you are running late, I ask that you send a text. I will have clients back to back and late time may cut into your massage time. If client is 15 minutes late, the appointment will be rescheduled, or I will do as much I can within time that is left. You will still be responsible for payment of service booked.

DEPOSIT:

A deposit of $50 is required for all new clients, and the remainder can be paid using contactless payment at the time of appointment. A deposit will secure your appointment time and goes towards your session.

PAYMENTS:

I accept electronic payments. App payments are available via Zelle, Venmo, and Apple Pay.

POLICIES:

Clients are required to fill out a electronic intake form. Masks are optional for clients but therapist will be masked. Sanitizing products will be provided.

CANCELLATIONS:

Appointments canceled or rescheduled less than 24-hour notice will be charged a fee. This ensure all clients can be seen. Thank you for valuing my time.
