Ariana is Certified in Neuromuscular Massage therapy. She attended the National Holistic Institute in Emeryville, completed 800 clock hours of CORE massage training, continued her studies for an additional 500 clock hours of Advanced Neuromuscular Therapy training and graduated as a certified NMT and health educator. She previously worked in a spa setting doing relaxation/pregnancy massage, at a physical therapist office for injury rehabilitation and pain management and is currently working with athletes for performance training. Ariana understands that pain patterns are unique and each individual has varying goals. With experience from numerous settings, Ariana combines multiple modalities for every session to provide you with the best treatments. This along with her ability to connect through touch enables her to help facilitate healing in one's body.
Pre/post-natal and Side lying Set up
Clients who are pregnant or are most comfortable laying on their side will be properly supported with a variety of bolsters. Semi-firm foam bolsters are supportive yet soft enough for optimal comfort. Side lying is optional and most beneficial not just for accessing specific muscles but also working on muscles at a different angle.

Client Before and After Photos
IG: @depth_before_dishonor, Alan booked a 60 minute massage after his workout. He is a desk worker in the day and trains intensively in his free time. His presenting Issue was the left hamstring; dull achy sensation that is constantly bothering him. After working his primary concern, we moved onto his back and traps. Comparing the before and after photos, Alan is now standing upright, with a significant decrease in swelling on his back. He looks more lean after 1 hour of focused body work.
